With dry hands, tear open foil along  perforated edge and peel off backing paper

Align strip with your gum line and press sticky side firmly into teeth to adhere. Tuck excess strip under your teeth. Repeat with lower strip

Leave on for 30 minutes

Remove strips, rinse mouth and brush with toothpaste thoroughly. Smile!
