WH-Protein L is a novel affinity resin synthesised by epoxy-chemistry from a base-resistant Protein L and a highly rigid agarose matrix, with an optimised pore size to facilitate increased antibody binding load. The resin is suitable for binding variable regions of the kappa light chain of the antibody. Therefore, it is suitable for capturing a wide range of antibody fragments such as Fabs, single chain variable fragments (scFv) and antibody domains (Dabs).
